Product description

Our reclaimed limestone is sourced from traditional buildings and farmsteads across local limestone-rich areas such as Rutland, Northamptonshire, and Leicestershire. These stones have long defined the character of rural and historic architecture in central and southern England, with their soft, warm colouring and naturally aged surfaces.

This limestone features a palette of gentle buff, honey, and pale grey tones, often with subtle patination and surface weathering that can only come from years of exposure. Occasional fossil traces and natural textural variation give each piece its own unique character, adding depth and authenticity to both traditional and contemporary builds.

Reclaimed stone is ideal for matching existing stonework in conservation projects, or for bringing a sense of heritage to new developments. We can supply the stone cropped to a 150mm bed depth for ease of use with modern blockwork structures, or uncropped for use in heritage and restoration work where original building techniques are being preserved.

Whether you're repairing a boundary wall, restoring a listed cottage, or building something new with a rustic feel, our reclaimed limestone offers a genuinely local, sustainable, and visually distinctive solution.

We can also provide a combination of new and reclaimed stone to suit more budget-conscious projects or those where authenticity is less of a priority.

Price is for 1m² of cropped reclaimed limestone. Please contact us for availabilty of non-cropped.
